Based on the session by Kelly Wednesday night:
“My child, listen to what I have to say, and treasure my commands, tune your ears to wisdom, and concentrate on understanding. Cry out for insidght and ask for understanding.” Proverbs 2:1-3
Some of us are scared for the world. Some of us ask ourselves, if we don’t change the world, who will? The presence of God does the only thing it can, change everything. And I have the presence of God in me, so the only thing I can do is change everything! God is going to use me to answer other peoples prayer. He will use me to give other people hope, faith, reassurance, to make this earth a little more like heaven.
As I asked God to show me a person or place, or give me a name that He wants me to reach out to, I kept thinking hungry children, physically and spiritually. Then after praying in a group, Jacob popped into my head. I picture a little boy coming to me begging for food and me reaching out, picking him up as I gave him his favorite snack.
God said “When you pray, I will listen. If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me.” Jeremiah 29:12-13
So God, I pray that You will bring Jacob and I together, that I can impact his life. I pray I am Your answer to his prayer. Tell him the answer is on it’s way, encourage him and give him patience as he waits. Thank you for revealing his name to me, I’m so excited to meet him. Protect him until I get there. Thank you for choosing me for this mission. Thank you for this opportunity, for the changes I will experience, for the mind-boggling scenes that You will show me, for the children You will raise up through me. Dear God, use me for Your Kingdom in India. I will look for you God and seek your guidance. I pray you will show me where to go, what to say, what to do. Reveal yourself in every situation! Thank you God for everything!
