Hello to Everyone,
I hope everyone had a great holiday with their families and friends. First of, I apologize for not staying in complete contact with you all; I just got back a little while ago from Spain so I have had some family stuff to take care of. Now, I am back so I would like to say a few things.
I am excited and I know Katie is as well to meet you all. Thanks to everyone who posted their first post and let us know a bit about yourself. If you haven’t posted already, I would like to encourage you to do so. This gives Katie and I a chance to hear a little bit about yourself and where you come from.
Next if you can, send me some questions since I know you all probably have a few that you have been pondering. They can be about the ministry and the contact we have in Andhra Pradesh, what to bring, or what you might expect. Aside from questions, I would like to get a feel for what you are expecting for this trip. I would like to know what are your goals, what are some strengths and weaknesses, and how you are feeling about going to India.
Lastly, I know you all have different callings and are draw to different groups of people. I would like to know what types of ministries that you may feel called to. For example, I feel strongly called to violations of human rights such as ethnic cleansing and genocide. We have some cool opportunities in India so I would like to see who you feel drawn too.
